1. The order will ship out within 7 days, shipping usually took 3 – 5 days to arrive.
2. Please kindly chat with us prior to order if your order is URGENT and RUSH.
3. We as a professional online plant retailer will pack the item securely and carefully, to minimize soil spilling, to withhold the position of item with the best effort we could, and to minimize the damage occurred to the plant during shipping.
4. We are unable to be responsible if any issue such as shipping delay by courier service, damages to the box, leaves burnt etc as the item delivered is live plant and we have totally no control on the courier.
5. Do track your orders and you may arrange with us for self-pick up in order to minimize delay issue.
6. We DO NOT accept returns or refunds. It is a mutual understanding that the risk was shared among sellers and buyers for online plants delivery, as experienced online plant retailers, we promise to give our best effort to pack and deliver the item.
7. If you are unable to tolerate with minor defects of plant such as burnt or broken leaves which are not intentional, please pay a visit and purchase in our studio located in George Town, Penang personally.
8. Orders from EAST Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) will be accepted and processed, but we hold NO RESPONSIBILITY for ANY issues such as shipping delay, custom clearance etc.
9. Do water your plants once you receive the plant and search for planting advice if you need any.
10. The care tips from the plant care card provided ONLY acts as a reference for the plant that you received, there are many variables such as time, location, humidity, sunlight, wetness which are different for everyone even in the same spot and location.
